Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy
At Paaplu, we produce small batches of premium dog apparel and accessories with love, intention, and an unwavering focus on quality. Every product undergoes a thorough check before it reaches your doorstep. As a young, purpose-driven brand, our post-purchase policy is designed to be helpful, clear, and operationally sound.
Return & Refund:
We offer 5 days Return facility on all our products. If you don't like feel free to return it. No worries at all.
- Initiate Return Request: Contact us at +91-8412959077, and we'll try to fix it in best possible manner.
- Process: Provide your genuine reason, order ID, attach a picture and a video.
- Approval: Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will approve the return and arrange the pickup.
- Quality Check: Once the product reaches us, it undergoes a quality check (QC) to ensure the item is in its original condition and accompanied by the invoice. If the QC team approves it to be in an ideal condition, we'll process the refund.

Refund Processing: The payment processing may take 5-7 working days, and will be made after deducting the shipping costs.
But incase there's a rejection from the QC team, we would not be able to accept your return request. Why so? Because we operate as a small-batch, limited-inventory brand. Returned products which are not in its original condition cannot be easily reintegrated due to both product integrity and operational hygiene concerns. Once a product has been used on by a pet for a considerable amount of time it may carry fur, scent, or subtle wear—which makes it unsuitable for resale or redistribution. Maintaining hygiene and safety for every customer is a non-negotiable priority for us.
Exchange:
We understand sizing may sometimes require adjustment, so we offer a one-time size exchange per order if requested within 5 days, under the following conditions:

- Process: Update the size required instead, your order ID, attach a picture and a video.
- Approval: Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will approve the exchange and arrange the pickup.
- Quality Check: Once the product reaches us, it undergoes a quality check (QC) to ensure the item is in its original condition and accompanied by the invoice. If the QC team approves it to be in an ideal condition, we'll process the exchange order.
- Exchange order: We auto ship the new size order to the same address within 3-5 days of quality check approval.
Replacement: (For Defects or Transit Damage)
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or one that has been damaged in transit, we will gladly offer a replacement. But as every item goes through two layers of quality inspection before dispatch, this could rarely happen, yet we're committed to resolving them swiftly and fairly.
- You must notify us within 3 days / 72 hours of delivery.
- Share a clear unboxing video & photos showing the defect
- Damage due to use, pet handling, washing, or storage is not covered
- The rest of the process follow the same procedures as stated above for the returns and exchanges.
Hygiene Policy:
As a brand focused on dog care, hygiene is non-negotiable.
Once a product is worn by a dog for a considerable amount of time, it may carry fur, scent, or subtle wear, even if it appears unused. This prevents us from reselling or redistributing it to another customer in good faith.
We thoroughly inspect any item sent in under returns, exchange or replacement. If the product does not meet our hygiene and packaging standards, the request will be declined, and the product will be sent back to the same address.
This policy ensures that every customer receives a fresh, clean product that meets the standards of safety, comfort, and quality we stand for.
